Supporting Rokoding

I get a lot of email from people asking how they can help support Rokoding and donate to the cause. You can show your support by allowing your web browser to display banner ads on Rokoding. If you see the ads already, thanks for your support. I use Google AdSense on this site, which means you don't have to worry about pop-up ads or ads that try to download malicious programs to your computer. Simply letting these ads display can help support Rokoding. It's your choice if you want to support Rokoding by allowing ads, it's not a requirement.

So why not add a donation button? That was suggested by many users of this site and seemed like a great idea, but I decided against it for a lot of reasons. There are many other worthy causes you could donate your money to, such as preventing child abuse, feeding needy children, helping children with cancer or breast cancer research. You can also pick your own cause at Charity Navigator.
